Positions available

graduate student
A position is open for a graduate student to pursue thesis research on neurophysiology and/or optical imaging. A genuine interest in neuroscience and a strong motivation to pursue experimental approaches are most important, as well as a solid quantitative background (calculus, linear algebra, probability theory, etc) and experience with programming in Matlab and/or Python. An interest in analytical methods such as signal processing, multivariate data analysis, and machine learning (e.g. convolutional neural networks) would be a plus.

part-time research assistant
to assist with experiments - ideally for someone with an interest in biomedical science

undergraduate project student (for example, as part of project course) - analysis and visualization of neurophysiological data - must be able to program in Matlab or Python, ideally with quantitative background such as signal processing, machine learning, multivariate data analysis, etc.
